Return and Refund Policy

All items in our store are made-to-order.
As such, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to change of mind, incorrect sizing, or other personal preferences.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
We will review the case and offer a replacement or full refund, as appropriate.
In these cases, we will cover any additional shipping costs.

返品・返金ポリシー

当店の商品はすべて受注生産のため、
お客様のご都合（サイズ違い、イメージと異なる等）による返品・交換はお受けしておりません。

商品に破損、不良、または誤配送があった場合は、商品到着後7日以内にご連絡ください。
状況を確認のうえ、返金または代替品の再発送にて対応させていただきます。
その際にかかる追加送料は当店が負担いたします。
